We offer reliable shipping of all of our plants via United Parcel Service (UPS). Standard shipping is via UPS Ground; however, other shipping options may be available by contacting HardyBambooPlants.com either by e-mail, phone, or fax prior to placing an order.
All In-Stock Orders are shipped within one one week of an order being placed. (Holidays and Weekends may add extra delivery time). Our standard shipping charges are calculated based on actual UPS Ground rates taking into consideration the approximate weight of the boxes and delivery zip code. Therefore calculated shipping costs may vary if two delivery addresses are evaluated as a comparison.
We ship via UPS to any continental U.S. destination except for the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada. Live plant orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories.

Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-10 business days.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged $10.00 for each additional ship-to address in addition to regular UPS shipping charges.

Tax
Since we are a business incorporated in Indiana, we are required by law to collect sales tax of 6% for items purchased within the state of Indiana.
